Ciara founded MTM with a clear mission: to provide a safe, ethical, and nurturing space for young talent. Known for her sharp eye for talent and unwavering commitment to her artists, Ciara is at the forefront of every decision, from scouting to career planning.
Her hands-on approach ensures that every child on MTM’s books feels valued and supported. Ciara is a champion of resilience, working closely with parents and children to navigate the highs and lows of the industry. When she’s not busy organising auditions or liaising with casting directors and production companies, you’ll find her at the theatre watching a classic movie or musical.
Casper Allen
Agent
‘The key to unlocking potential’
Casper began his career as an actor, giving him first-hand insight into the industry and a deep understanding of the performer’s journey. His curiosity for the wider creative process soon led him behind the camera into the world of production, where he worked with acclaimed companies including World Productions (Line of Duty, Vigil) and Quay Street Productions (After the Flood, Fool Me Once).
From there, Casper joined the story team at Coronation Street, immersing himself in the fast-paced world of continuing drama. It was during this time that he rediscovered just how much he loved collaborating with actors — their creativity, their passion, and the unique energy they bring to every project. That spark ultimately inspired him to take the exciting leap into talent representation.
Casper has since honed his skills at both Urban Talent and Alex Priestley Talent, gaining invaluable experience in nurturing performers, navigating the casting landscape, and championing clients at every stage of their careers. With each role, he has grown even more committed to helping actors thrive — and even more excited for the new adventures and opportunities ahead.
