‘The visionary behind Moriarty Talent Management’
Ciara founded Moriarty Talent Management with a clear mission: to create a professional, ethical and nurturing environment where talent of all ages can thrive. With a sharp eye for potential and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, Ciara is hands-on at every stage of an artist’s journey, from discovering and developing new talent to shaping careers and securing the right opportunities.
As the Founder of the multi-award-winning The Performance School and award-winning creative hub The Performance Studios, Ciara has spent years identifying, nurturing and developing performers across a broad spectrum of ages and disciplines. These ventures have not only deepened her understanding of what makes talent stand out, but have sharpened her commercial instinct, industry insight and ability to recognise the qualities that translate into real-world opportunities.
Her experience gives MTM a distinctive perspective – combining creative instinct with commercial acumen to ensure every artist is positioned authentically and strategically within an ever-evolving industry. Ciara works closely with talent, their families, casting directors and production companies to build meaningful, sustainable careers – always with integrity, ambition and the individual artist at the heart of every decision.
Away from the agency, Ciara remains deeply connected to the creative world, with a particular love of theatre, classic film and musicals.
Casper Allen

‘The key to unlocking potential’
Casper began his career as an actor, giving him first-hand insight into the industry and a deep understanding of the performer’s journey. His curiosity for the wider creative process soon led him behind the camera into the world of production, where he worked with acclaimed companies including World Productions (Line of Duty, Vigil) and Quay Street Productions (After the Flood, Fool Me Once).
From there, Casper joined the story team at Coronation Street, immersing himself in the fast-paced world of continuing drama. It was during this time that he rediscovered just how much he loved collaborating with actors — their creativity, their passion, and the unique energy they bring to every project. That spark ultimately inspired him to take the exciting leap into talent representation.
Casper has since honed his skills at both Urban Talent and Alex Priestley Talent, gaining invaluable experience in nurturing performers, navigating the casting landscape, and championing clients at every stage of their careers. With each role, he has grown even more committed to helping actors thrive – and even more excited for the new adventures and opportunities ahead.
