5. No guarantee of work

While we work diligently to match our talent with suitable opportunities, securing work in the entertainment industry cannot be guaranteed. Success requires commitment, professionalism, and resilience. MTM focuses on developing talent, providing support, and positioning young performers for the best possible opportunities.

6. Commission

MTM operates on a 20% commission basis, which is only deducted when your child secures paid work. Full details of our commission terms will be provided as part of the formal representation agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, branding, and design, belongs to Moriarty Talent Management Ltd unless otherwise stated. Headshots and portfolio images belong to the respective photographers and talent and may not be reproduced without permission. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
